The grounds around this mid-century residential building were underutilized and featureless. Our renovation of the landscape enhance the newly renovated luxury apartments. We lowered the driveway slope and created lush planters and new accessible entry. A new lap pool now covers the parking spaces, while a bridge, BBQ terrace, and lawn organize the garden rooms around the building, extending the apartments in new outdoor relationships.

这座中世纪住宅楼原本的周边环境没有得到充分利用且缺少特色，我们通过对景观的改造增强了豪华公寓的品质。通过车道坡度的降低形成了新的种植区域以及无障碍入口。设计的游泳池覆盖在停车位上方，而一座桥梁、烧烤露台和草坪则将建筑周围的花园房间组织起来，扩大了公寓的新户外关系。

A new infinity pool, elegantly floating atop a structurally sculpted base, serves as the focal point for the entry, rejuvenating the site's exclusive appeal.

全新的泳池巧妙地漂浮在雕塑底座上，打开了项目的新入口，并营造了属于属于住宅空间的独特吸引力。

The project experiments with material, color, and texture contrasts. Rough bamboo-formed concrete sits alongside smoothly rounded concrete and detailed terrazzos. Sturdy steel details increase views and a sense of openness on the site.

该项目对材料、颜色和纹理的对比进行了实验。粗糙的竹筋混凝土与光滑的圆形混凝土以及细致的水磨石并排放置。坚固的钢制细节增加了场地的视野和开放感。
