In a high-profile international competition, our master plan and strategic development proposal addressed ecological, social, and economic challenges in St. Louis's heart. We envisioned a landscape intervention that defies conventional resource-intensive approaches, offering a sustainable solution.

The master plan addressed equity, public health, and mobility through tactical measures, focusing on: 1) enhancing economic assets with linked investments, 2) maximin regeneration of disconnected ecological patches, creating self-maintaining urban wilderness, and 3) equitable implementation for affected communities during urban regeneration.
